2. Description of Service

AddWalletPass provides a platform for creating and managing digital wallet passes compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Our service includes pass creation tools, hosting, distribution, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create passes for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our prices with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddWalletPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
